Let me give you some tips for a good sleep: first of all you should give up coffee because it contains caffeine and this is not gonna help, you should ask for professional help if you can't do it yourself. Then set a regular time for going to bed in the night and waking up in the morning. You should follow this regular sleeping schedule. You should avoid your bedroom during the day, enter the bedroom only when you have to sleep. If you don't fall asleep in 15-20 minutes, you should get out of the bedroom and start doing something else until you are sleepy again. These tips should work, you just need to practice a little bit.

My glorious girl! Alas, such music doesn't interrupt the tho't processes; in fact, it's inspiring. Brilliant taste you have tho'. My dance w/sleep begins when I can be distracted from tho'ts, pain & things to be done long enough to get tired.

I'll "blog-in" briefly from the "other" blog and say you're either:

a) worried
b) not [getting] enough exercise
c) don't want to miss anything
d) have a messed up internal clock
e) drink too much coffee
f) all of the above
g) none of the above

How about a nightly massage from your significant to de-limber your timbers and induce a dream-state ? Also, can you read at night and not nod off ? I crash in about 5 minutes ......

Dear man, I hope you'll "blog-in" regularly! No surprise, I'm sure, but choice 'f' is pretty damn accurate. However, coffee actually relaxes me! Sometimes reading does too, then there are the nights when I keep thinking I'll stop at the end of the next chapter.
Yikes! I've had my share of pacing in the night, and it's led to a lot of falling asleep in the daytime---I apparently need both quantity and quality. Eviction imminent? I think I'm going to put a bunch of Tibetan prayer flags on my balcony.

My dear sister in coffee, I cannot express how touching each & every prayer flag is! May we both find less cause to pace or at least have the good sense to blog instead. Here's to finding that perfect balance of both sleep & coffee, which also requires quantity and quality..
